Custom made ear piece

With the latest technology, we produce individually customized earpieces in 3D. We create exceptionally comfortable and great-sounding earpieces tailored to fit your ears perfectly.

How it works:

1. Email info@spintso.com to place an order for a Custom Made earpiece. We will get back to you with an invoice and order number.
2. For all custom orders, we require impressions of your ears. If you don't already have them, visit an audiologist near you to have impressions made. You will pay the audiologist (prices may vary).
3. Take a profile picture of the side where the headset will sit and print it out.
4. Include 1) the printed picture, 2) the impressions, and a 3) note with your name and delivery address in a standard envelope. Clearly mark on the note "Spintso REFCOM". Include your Spintso 4) receipt in the package. These four items must be included in the envelope!
5. Send the letter to Spintso AB, Box 2035, 135 02 Tyresö. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us.
6. Your payment must reach us within 10 days. Once payment for the order is received, we will begin production of your earpiece. We will send a completed earpiece within 25 working days for use with Twistlock headsets compatible with Refcom I or Refcom II. Spintso covers the shipping cost back to you.
